I am thrilled to be returning as the team lead for PreKindergarten this year! Although my journey was somewhat long and winding, I truly have found my home here at Mathews Elementary. I graduated from Southern Methodist University with my BBA in accounting. After years as a CPA, Information Systems Consultant, and then a stay-at-home mom, I finally found my true passion in the classroom. When I'm not with my Mathews' family, I'm at home here in Plano with my husband and our two playful labs, Rose and Dixie. My daughter, Emma, is studying veterinarian medicine at Texas A&M in College Station, and my son, Jack, is at the University of Oklahoma in pursuit of his Master’s degree in accounting. They both attended Mathews for elementary school, so we have many fond memories of this wonderful school, and I'm happy to be a Mathews Maverick!
